WELCOME

Art Works Photography announces the opening of its new gallery and framing shop in St. Catharines, Ontario. After 45 years of taking photographs in more than 30 countries, Tom Schmor presents his work at the Welland Ave. studio.

Everyone loves photographs, but not necessarily the same ones. From the meditative atmosphere of the Butterfly Conservatory in Niagara Falls, Ontario, to the roar of prototype cars in Le Mans, France, Tom covers a wide range of topics. These include sailboats in the Caribbean, coffee growing in Central America, grapes in the Niagara peninsula, motorcycles, pets, people and fashion.

The "About" page gives a brief bio of Tom’s photographic experience and the “Gallery” has examples of the pictures. Most of the photos are available for sale and can be done in various sizes both framed and unframed.

Niagara Pumphouse Visual Art Centre

Tom's work has been chosen as the Gallery Exhibit for May, 2008 at the Niagara Pumphouse Visual Art Centre located at 247 Ricardo St., Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada. Details of this and other events at the Pumphouse can be seen at niagarapumphouse.ca.

Niagara-on-the-Lake Library

For the second year, Tom's photography will be on display at the Niagara-on-the-Lake library throughout July, 2008.
